No more crowds, no waiting around for machines or equipment. Our programs flow seamlessly around the gym. We maximise every one of the 55 minutes you’re with us.
It’ll be the most comfortable gym you’ll ever train at. The more comfortable you are, the better you’ll train.

The Strength Zone
Your session kicks off in the Strength Zone. This is where you’ll start working through your personalised training program. Think barbells, dumbbells, squat racks, benches - guided by your coach.






The Machine Hub
Once you’re done downstairs, you’ll head upstairs to the Machine Hub. Move through a series of machines designed to help you push harder with safe, controlled movements. Expect to feel the burn.






Cardio Corner
To finish up, you'll hit the Cardio Corner. Elevate your heart rate to round out the session. Whether it’s the ski erg, rower, treadmill, or bike, your coach will pick what suits your program best.
